Role Description
This is a full-time Benefits Advisor role at Aflac located in Grant County, WA with flexibility for some remote work, The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for advising and guiding clients in selecting the right benefits options for their employees. They will educate clients on Aflac's products and services, conduct needs assessments, and provide personalized recommendations. The Benefits Advisor will also build and maintain relationships with clients, assist with enrollment processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Prior experience in benefits advising, insurance sales, or a related field (preferred)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and insurance products. (preferred)
-Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
-Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (required)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-State insurance license (or ability to obtain one. AFLAC will help you attain one.)
