My wife and I moved into hollins estate llc in April 24 2023 well we paid 2000 down well the same day I paid 2000 down not even 1 hr I left the 2000 was withdrawn from account did not make any since well I never paid any attention well June 2023 I went to the office halli woods Christina riner woods daughter Christina is the district manager of hollins estate said I was a month ahead could not figure out why so I have complained to Christina over about the things were supposed to be fixed before I moved in she promissed so July 15 2023 came I had enough I contact corprate not even 15 minutes went by she came beating down my door I thought she was kicking with her feet I opened it she was swing her fist toward me saying cursing calling me everything in the book also saying you all are beneath me you all are poor that way you have to pay rent to own you can not buy one you don't have money like I do you can not even get a loan to buy one I told her to leave immediately so end of July came dawn greer a neighbor moved in lot 173 which she was doing rent to own from Mathew vaught well not even 3 weeks she was there she came knocked on my door asked me could I look at her trailer her and kids were severely getting sick with headaches well I did it was black mold the floors were roted Matt Vaught’s put plyboard on top of the mold then I found 2 roach nest then underneath mobile home black mold and the mobile home home was falling off foundation she asked me what to do I told her call Mathew vaught then right him a letter about the issue contact government agency well Christina woods was watching me talk to her well September 18 2023 came I was in my yard not bothering anybody setting cameras up reason why someone vandalized my yard well Mathew vaught approached my yard saying let me introduce my self I saud I already know who you are then he stated you do not want to mess with me I am a thug I have thugs we will make you and your wife dissappear and shoot your service pet shiloh I immediately contacted blacksburg police department they responded I got a protective order and tresspassing. They could not find Mathew vaught to serve him or so they claim Mathew you and his mom are well of they have pull with the local agencies in blacksburg well from September 18 to the 23 of September 2023 he stalked my wife and I then September 23 he finally got arrested well then he knew he could not have no contact with me he came to the dark woods in radford where I am a haunted actor where I am haunted actor Michael Myers I found out Christina woods and hailli woods told him where I was on the weekends in October he came in the woods with his buddies threaten me there I got ahold victim witness they said they could not do anything about it because it was a public facility I told them what if he tried to kill us would that be ok to anyway they claim they called his attorney which they claimed they warned Mathew vaught attorney what would happen if Matt keeps it up the trial was put off 2 times I found out I had cancer in my shoulder bone ok January 2024 came I emailed hailli woods and asked what the pay off was on the mobile home I got no answer then I asked how much credit do I have on the water bill boy she answer just like that well February 21 2024 Mathew vaught made a agreement in court no contact with my wife or me not even my service pet shiloh and the charges would be removed soon as that agreement wasbmade February 22 2024 we got a letter on our door hollins estate was not going renew our lease well I emailed corprate there answer was we were bad tenants and landlord does not like us how are we bad tenants we have no lease violations and payments been on time then corprate said we were just paying rent so I found out why they said just paying rent the can not count for where our payments went how much went to intrest and what went to principal I foundbout Christina riner can not handle any transaction involving any money she was possibly embezzling money so I reported to police housing authority also to state police I was not the only ones this happened to it has happened to tenants in Meadowbrook blacksburg hollins estate blacksburg roanoke and Ohio all these places Christina riner woods is the district manager then corprate instead of reported to the authorities they decided keep it quiet they knew if the tenants find out they would be liable for civil litigation in court so March I took out a tenant assertion for things that was not fixed that were supposed to be fixed never was and that way Christina could not possibly touch our 0ur money so then I get a email corprate telling me they mailed a 5 day pay or quit they new I took a tenant assertion out ibtold them they still kept harrassed me until I got ahold of the Virginia housing authority so they could not find they claimed the defendants to serve tenant assertion case on hollins estate district manager to serve them it was strange because the copy I mailed came back saying return to sender well I knew what they were doing trying to avoid court so I email corprate the summons we I had to refill finally it was on the docket we went to court may 17 2024 I had 4 creditable witness well the jude Duncan started saying we are going try the unlawfull detainer and tenant assertion together even though I put a motion into court way before the unlawfull detainer was taken out to try separate he never looked at the motion I said to myself I see right now where this is going then he kept letting the other party talk running me down then if I said anything he kept telling me to be quiet or I would get a contempt charge also before the unlawfull deatainer was taking out I put a motion out motion out to dismiss the unlawfull detainer due to the fact I never received the landlord tenant rights he never once looked at it then he kept saying over and over if ur unhappy leave he said it 4 times so I also told him there was a assut charge on Christina riner woods for July 15 2023 incident he did not believe me I told him check with the magistrate he really got mad then Christina did not believe me I said go check sovwe were living court room Christina kept putting me down laughing he aloud it so I walked down to the magistrate to check they said yes it is a active warrant so walking back towards court house Christina and hailli threaten my brother stated they are common for us I immediately went to the court house to file a protective guess what it was judge Duncan he turned me down even though I had a witness I told him I am appealing it he really got mad then I came home told my wife then my wife told me the lady she works with who use to be a property manager at hollins estate said judge Duncan lives right up the road and is good friends with Christina riner woods and her family I have cancer wake forest said possible it was terminal the tumers been in my shoulder for awhile well I had a appointment before the unlawfull detainer was taken out for cancer treatment on the 24th of May judge Duncan said I better be in court 24th instead of going to my cancer treatment so this is the reason also judge Duncan asked why we wanted to fight read this and you see why this is the reason my wife and I are looking for a home we both are 49 we do not drink or do drugs we do not party she been on her job 12 years I get disability but we both make good we are very quiet we are looking for a housec2 bedroom or a mobile home we have the money to put down and a extra month we will not let whoever deside to let us get a place we are good tenants we pay our payments on time I have bank statements 7 years to prove it we are asking any land lord that is doing rent to own or rent to give us a chance that is all we are asking I know for a fact Christina hailey Mathew vaught are running our name down so we can not well something else Christina hailli Mathew vaught are under criminal investigation by dmv criminal division for title fraud selling mobile homes no title also selling trailers with the wrong title that does not match the vin so id any landlord or any company see this this is the truth what has been going on you can not make this up please give my wife and I chance you will not be disappointed I give you my word please contact if it is in pulaski radford montgomery or elliston we can pay 3500 hundred down 1400 a month with no problem I can show bank statements to prove it please text or call let us know we do
