What? Michigan? Gonna be a three to four loss team on the field…. And a massive mess as a program.

Some would call this a successful season beating ttun and making it to the championship, but I for one can’t stomach getting beat by Georgia…..again. This is the year to figure everything out and bring it back to Columbus like Urban did for the first playoff, system.

How in the holy hell can scUM be ranked 6th?

Goes to show they are not actually paying attention to anything.

In the big picture Ohio State, has a lot of brain power in this staff. Theres no reason that these creative minds on both offense and defense can’t get Ohio State over the hump for a championship. We all know there’s enough talent, so it’s time to become the engine that could.

Yeah, the whole thing is weird I think 8-4 is more likely than a top 10 finish

This...in most years they look at returning g starters and more specifically starting qb, to make theor predictions. Thwy may give a bump for recency bias. But, I can't foe the life of me see how scum can be a top 10 team. With their inexperience at key positions and a brutal schedule, I see minimum 4 losses. I think 3 losses would be a home run for Sharon Moore.

Yeah guys you are much too invested in the term "returning starter" for Michigan.

Kenneth Grant wasn't technically a starter, but he's PFF's like #6 returning DT (something like that). Josiah Stewart and Derrick Moore we co-starters at DE (with Braiden McGregor and Jaylen Harrell). The DL will be the best in the country.

At LB, Ernest Hausman was the 3rd LB and got a lot of run, and Jaishawn Barham started for Maryland. They may be the best LB duo in the B1G, though Iowa has an excellent pair as well (Ohio State will have one of the worst).

Will Johnson returns in the defensive backfield, as does Paige. But Quentin Johnson does also - remember him from murdering Egbuka in The Game last year, or causing Jalen Milroe to fumble in one of the most iconic Rose Bowls of all time. The Defense will be the best in the country, again.

The offense? Yeah we need a QB. But the OL will re-load - Sherrone Moore is the OL coach who won 2 consecutive Joe Moore awards. We return the best blocking TE in the nation, Ben Bredeson, who's essentially a 6th OL and plays all the time. And of course Colston Loveland is the best overall TE in the country (OSU's TE room will be one of the worst in the B1G). And of course you know all about Donovan Edwards, but Kaleel Mullings 6.2 YPC is something many Wolvernine fans are even more excited about - you may remember him from the jump pass on 3rd and short in Michigan's 45-23 win in Columbus.

#6 is a fine ranking. More than enough to beat OSU in Columbus, and make the playoff. From there... well I wouldn't bet against the team that's been to the playoff the prior 3 consecutive years, and just won the National Championship.

The last time we saw any actual football, Michigan won the National Championship.

    And OSU lost to Missouri.

    By double digits.

I can’t imagine getting beat like a drum for two solid decades, then bragging when you finally have a short run of finally living up to expectations.

Gotta be sad to have such a lack of self awareness.

I mean we had the Cooper era, where we won all The Games.

Then there was the RichRod/Hoke era, where you guys did.

But that's 2019 and back - half a decade ago.

Right now we're lving in what will be known as the Cooper II era. Or the "I wish Lou Holtz Were Here Right Now" era.

When Michigan wins this year in Columbus you can try to start a new one with Fickell.

I'm not trolling. To the contrary I'm giving an informed view. I am reveling in Michigan's National Championship, but you have to expect that.

I'd have OSU in the top 10, not predicting 8-4 or anything. As many of you are for Michigan. I have OSU as 10-2, with losses to Oregon and Michigan.

Nobody outside of your delusional fan base thinks you losers are going to beat OSU this year, or anytime soon.

Nor do they recognize what you’ve done the last 3 seasons. At least be a grown up about it.

Only you morons think it’s a coincidence the only success you’ve had in the last quarter century aligns with a very public cheating scandal that resulted in unprecedented suspensions and your entire coaching staff getting fired, accused of cyber crimes, child molesting, entering into illegal NIL agreements with players, and/or leaving town.

    Own it, slappy.

    Charlie Baker, NCAA President:

"As it was, it was out in the public domain. And people either made adjustments or didn't. And at the end of the day, no one believes at this point that Michigan didn't win the national title fair and square."

The truth is that it's really OSU fans - and MSU fans, but who's listening to them - that are in the minority.

You don’t believe that. Harbaugh would’ve never been suspended and your program wouldn’t be under investigation still if they didn’t cheat.

Michigan is guilty of having a rogue employee engage in in-person scouting. A rule the NCAA almost rescinded a couple years ago.

Penalty for that? Head coach suspended for 3 games.

That's all it's going to be guys. Yeah maybe Michigan gets another game suspension (though I don't know who for, Harbaugh is gone) or some scholarship restrictions in 2025. Though who knows if the NCAA will even be around then. Scholarships certainly won't matter. But nothing's coming off the board. Ryan Day and Ohio State had their chance - Michigan's head coach was suspended. They blew it.

“Rogue”…. Any credibility you might have had is now totally gone…. Only a f’g Michigan moron would/could make that statement. Everyone knew - if Conor was “rogue”, then so was the whole staff…. Probably why all the “cowards” left…. I swear those rogues shlt all over the Michigan program—and you Michigan fans continue to think nothing of it…. Enjoy 8-4, from now till 2028.
